Mr. Veyankatesh Garg is a Partner and Lead Counsel at the firm, leading its core litigation and advisory practice with strategic insight and a strong command over diverse areas of law. A graduate of ILS Law College, Pune (Batch of 2005), he brings a rare combination of experience, precision, and courtroom excellence to his practice.

At the young age of 26, he was appointed as an Assistant Advocate General for the Government of Rajasthan, where he successfully represented the State in several significant matters before the Rajasthan High Court and the Supreme Court of India. During his tenure till 2013, he handled cases of constitutional importance, including issues relating to reservation in promotions in the State cadre, and appeared in major land acquisition matters such as those for the Jaipur Metro Rail Project.

He has been on the panel of RIICO and the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education, and has represented key departments of the Government of Rajasthan including Finance, Commercial Taxes, Law and Legal Affairs, and Mines.

Mr. Veyankatesh has appeared before the Indore and Gwalior Benches of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, various High Courts across India, the Supreme Court of India, and specialised tribunals including the NCLT, NCDRC, DRT, and CAT.

He has advised and represented several corporate houses such as JSW Energy, GHV (India) Pvt. Ltd., Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd., and Barmer Lignite Mining Company Ltd. His wide-ranging practice covers Criminal Trials and Appeals, Civil and Rent Suits, Service and Constitutional Matters, Land Acquisition, Service Writs (Appointment, Dismissal & Pension), NI Act (Sec. 138) Cases, Consumer and Recovery Matters, Arbitration, and Commercial Disputes.

He achieved his first reportable judgment in 2007 and now has over 25 reportable judgments across varied legal issues to his credit. Mr. Veyankatesh presently handles matters for leading law firms across the nation, offering strategic counsel and representation in complex disputes.

Known for his clarity of thought, persuasive advocacy, and results-oriented approach, he continues to be a driving force behind the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice.

Adv. Akshay Nagori is a seasoned litigator advising clients across property disputes, banking & NBFC matters, trademark law, commercial and civil litigation, family & matrimonial disputes, consumer matters, criminal defence, service law and debt recovery (including SARFAESI). He appears regularly before the Rajasthan High Court, district courts, consumer forums and specialised tribunals.

He provides advisory and litigation support to NBFCs, educational institutions and corporate clients on dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and IP protection. His practice emphasises pragmatic strategy, timely case management and clear client communication.

Ms. Mamta Gupta Nagori is a Data Privacy professional and practising counsel based in Jodhpur. She specialises in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and designs practical privacy frameworks, Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) for organisations to achieve compliance and risk mitigation.

As an Intellectual Property and Civil Litigation lawyer with LexEra - Advocates & Solicitors and a graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, she combines regulatory expertise with courtroom experience across IP, civil disputes and matrimonial matters.

Adv. Pranjal Mundhra is a Legal Associate at Garg and Associates, Jaipur, regularly appearing before the Rajasthan High Court, NCLT, NGT, and Consumer Forums. Her practice spans civil, commercial, and arbitration matters. She has successfully argued cases resulting in reportable judgments of the Rajasthan High Court, strengthening jurisprudence on rent control, labour legislations, and procedural propriety. She has also drafted Special Leave Petitions before the Supreme Court and represented clients in arbitration disputes involving infrastructure and BOT contracts.

She holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Bennett University, Times Group with a strong academic foundation and was awarded an ‘A’ grade by from Cornell University, New York, for completing advanced coursework under its international law faculty. Her internships spanned taxation, intellectual property, and commercial law. She has also judged national moot courts and contributed articles to law journals, combining academic engagement with practical experience.

Adv. Disha Jain is an Advocate enrolled with the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur, and working as a legal associate at Garg Legal Solutions with extensive experience in legal drafting, research, and advocacy. She has worked as a Legal Associate with a Government Empanelled Advocate, gaining hands-on experience in drafting wide-range of legal pleadings and assisting in matters relating to infrastructure contracts and service law. She has actively appeared and assisted before the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court, Commercial Courts, Civil Courts and Arbitral Tribunals.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from S.S. Jain Subodh Law College, Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur (2023), and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from MDS University, Ajmer (2020). Throughout her academic journey, she has been a consistent performer—securing top ranks in LL.B., receiving the Gargi Award, and being recognized as the Best and All-Rounder Student by reputed organizations. Mr. Vishnu Kumar Sharma, M.A., LL.B., is a seasoned labour law expert with over three decades of rich and diverse experience in the Labour Department of the Government of Rajasthan. He worked closely with the Principal Secretary and Secretary (Labour) at both the State and Central levels, representing the Government in several advisory boards and policy forums on employment law and industrial relations.

As a key contributor to labour policy reform, Mr. Sharma played a pivotal role in drafting and amending crucial legislations such as the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 (State Amendments) in 2014, helping modernize Rajasthan’s labour law framework.

Throughout his tenure, he served as a Conciliation Officer and exercised quasi-judicial powers under various labour laws, deciding hundreds of industrial cases and promoting amicable dispute resolution. His pragmatic approach and negotiation skills brought together corporate leaders and trade union representatives to maintain industrial peace and foster sustainable growth.

He possesses specialized expertise in the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996, particularly in cess levy, assessment, and compliance under the BOCW Welfare Cess framework. He has also advised various corporate houses across the country over levy of cess and has also advised the firm in the SLP filed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court challenging the levy of interest over the Cess amount.

Post-retirement, he founded G3 HR Solutions, a consultancy firm providing specialized advisory in HR, IR, and labour law compliance, including HR audits, establishment and contract labour compliance, disciplinary proceedings, domestic inquiries, POSH compliance, and legal representation before statutory authorities.

At Garg Legal Solutions, Mr. Sharma serves as Advisor (Labour & Industrial Relations), bringing unmatched expertise in labour law, industrial dispute resolution, and BOCW cess-related advisory to support the firm’s corporate and public sector clients across Rajasthan.

Mr. Umesh Gupta brings with him a distinguished and dynamic professional background spanning over five decades in the power and energy sector. A B.E. (Hons.) in Electrical Engineering from BITS Pilani (1965–70), Mr. Gupta has served in key leadership and technical roles across the energy industry.

He began his illustrious career with the Rajasthan State Electricity Board (RSEB) as an Assistant Engineer and rose through the ranks to become Chief Engineer and Director (Legal Affairs). During his tenure, he worked extensively across generation, transmission, and distribution functions, contributing significantly to the modernization and efficiency of the state’s power infrastructure.

As Director (Legal Affairs), Mr. Gupta implemented systemic reforms that led to a remarkable reduction in pending litigations — from 22,000 to 12,000 cases — demonstrating his exceptional administrative acumen and problem-solving abilities.

Post retirement from RSEB in 2008, Mr. Gupta continued his contribution to the energy sector by joining Adani Mines as Director, and later, JSW Energy in 2012. He also served as Managing Director of Barmer Lignite Mining Company Limited (BLMCL) for over 12 years, where he played a pivotal role in steering large-scale mining and energy projects.

Mr. Gupta was also part of the Planning Committee that collaborated with the Government of Rajasthan and the Government of India in the drafting of the Indian Electricity Act, making a lasting contribution to the legislative framework governing India’s power sector.

Mr. R. Kannan is a distinguished techno-legal professional with over 36 years of experience in engineering, infrastructure development, contract management, and corporate law. A graduate in both Engineering and Law, he also holds a Degree in Construction Management from NICMAR and a Bachelor’s in General Law from Annamalai University.

He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India) and the Institution of Valuers, and a Life Member of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the Indian Institute of Technical Arbitrators.

Mr. Kannan began his career in 1989 with Richardson and Cruddas (1972) Ltd., where he executed major public health and treatment plant projects for ONGC in Gujarat. He later joined IRCON International Ltd., a PSU under the Ministry of Railways, and spent over 18 years delivering large-scale railway and highway infrastructure projects across India.

With deep technical insight and legal expertise, Mr. Kannan now advises on engineering consultancy, contract management, dispute resolution, and arbitration. He has served as an empanelled contract expert, leading several conciliation and settlement committees to resolve complex infrastructure disputes through pragmatic and innovative approaches.

As an advocate and industry advisor, Mr. Kannan combines his engineering background with legal strategy to deliver holistic project and dispute solutions. He is known for value-driven leadership, ensuring timely, efficient, and result-oriented execution of projects.
